I will be honest. I was more upset that Billy Mays (pitchman extraordinaire) died.

I just watched the tribute show for him on the Discovery Channel.

I wept.

I’m right there with you, man. Being without cable and on the east coast proved to be most beneficial in censoring all that hoopla. I only encountered it in the headlines on my google home page, in a gas station I stopped at, and a couple of news reports during the NPR breaks. Insanity, I tell ya.

Not only I don’t care but I don’t give a fuck. Seriously.
I mean..how sad is that? Let me explain better:
This MJ thing was once again another way for US people to show themseves how important is your own waird concept of freedom. You are free to show your ideas and feelings as fas as they are like EVERYBODY ELSE around you. Not feeling sad about MJ? Ohhh…naughty naughty…you are not one of us! There have been so many other more significant eventes in the past 2 weeks (since MJ died) and no one of you gave a fuck about it: 156 people shoot in Urumqi and you guys don’t even know where the fuck the town is (I am not telling guys..use your fucking brain once in a while) and what is all about. and you know why? because if it doesn’t happen on TV, then is not happening for you guys. You guys live too much your own reality.
So, get real. Why you really care about MJ? what if the TV showed you about Farrah Fawcett memorial instead? Do you care about her as well? Didn’t she represented the “american dream” being in everybody’s dream during the 70’s? Wasn’t she an icon as well?
What about many others? Isn’t all this fuss about MJ because “black is the new white” in USA at the moment? Obamanized? Just think. BUT WITH YOUR OWN BRAIN. Don’t be lazy all the time.
